I have the SuperTVPro installed on my computer and when I record from the TV, I have no sound. When I open the program, I had the following error message: "Fail to initialize hardware! error code#E0601006". It could have something to do with where I connected my headphones and audio out. Could you please advise as I record and get no sound on my recording?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again but at first remove the support app and drive related to the sound card from the Control Panel. This should fix it. The error you receive is related to the sound card and it indicates that it's not functioning correctly.
I purchased SuperTVPro PCI TV capture card two years ago and it's still OK, but when I want to install it further after the PC formatting it says there is a problem with and shows the following error code #E0601001. How can I fix it?

This is a discontinued product. It means it's availability is questionable. There is, however, no official driver available for downloading and the only way to install it is through a driver detection software. You can use an application from the Software's Informer database to look for such applications. Download one, install it, then you will have the possibility to download the required driver to install it in your computer. Additionally, the error code you've encountered refers to the "Failed to initialize hardware". This means the driver is having problems. Re-install it and re-install the software from the Support CD.
When you receive this error, click OK, and navigate to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound and open Device Manager. Locate the video card entry, select its driver, press the Delete key, un-plug the capture device from your computer and reboot the PC. After that, plug-in back the device, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait Windows to reload the drivers. If it still doesn't work, reinstall the drivers and software using the Compatibility Mode.
